Whether we want it or not: the world speaks to us in its own peculiar signs and its own language. We can try to understand their signs and languages. If we fail to do this, we - but not the world - are responsible. Most of what seems to us to be a problem results from ignorance, misinformation and misunderstanding. We can present ourselves as communicative if we allow our conversation to be proportionate and poly-perspective.

Our Philosophy

Profesolutions is the institute for language, communication, rhetoric and aesthetics. The idea of the language act theory arise from the work of John Langshaw Austin (1911-1960) in A Plea for Excuses: The Presidential Address We see all the conceptual distinctions that people find remarkable and all the associations that they find worthwhile embodied in our everyday language. Profesolutions expands this thought by the dimension of life practice.

People can interact socially and communicate verbally through their everyday language; they live and experience that they exist. It would be nice if the idealistic idea were right that people could always use language to communicate concretely and experience something concrete. If the idea were correct, people could avoid countless conflict situations and be enthusiastic about their world of ideas. The reality is different.

Profesolutions takes a look behind the verbal communication backdrop, i.e. to where the unconscious playfully thwarts the conscious. In his work, Profesolutions takes a closer look at the areas of life in where we move in order to make our communication conscious, appropriate, precise, elegant and stylish.

Profesolutions develops its concepts based on the knowledge and theories of the Cultural Studies, mainly in the United States of America and in the Federal Republic of Germany. We go far beyond the traditional areas of nature, culture and art and deal with the practical areas of life where verbal and non-verbal communication is the decisive factor.
